The Charleston Grand Ball Room is an elegant backdrop for any celebration. The space seats up to 225 people with the dance floor open.

300 - 400 guests will enjoy the grace and charm of the antebellum clubhouse for standing cocktail receptions when using the Sears room as well. The area can be made cozy for smaller events. Many windows frame the beautiful vistas of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The noble ambiance of the Sears room is perfect for a small ceremony (35-40 people), rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, or any intimate affair. This part of the original house seats 50 for dinner, & 80 for a limited seating cocktail social. The large windows & doors showcase the expansive beauty of the golf course & surrounding mountains.

The lovely waterfall backdrop of the outdoor patio & wide expanse of delightful mountain & golf course views compose a heavenly scene for couples to establish a new life together. The area is covered with a tent from May - October & will hold 170 people for a ceremony. It can be used for other small parties & seats 60 for dinner.
